NB: Booking a Package allows you to commit to a particular class time that is convenient for you. However, if you wish to swap the class to a different time slot in the week, you can do so, subject to class availability.

Our Policies

In order to make the most of your time at Seven Steps, kindly read our policies before booking ANY class at Seven Steps: 
  • A minimum of 24 hour notice MUST be given in order to cancel otherwise the package card will be stamped/ single session will be stamped. 
  • No shows/late cancellations will be charged for the missed lesson. Kindly respect that our classes are kept small and somebody else could have filled your spot. 
  • Waitlist: If a class is full, we will keep you on the waitlist and inform you of any cancellations.  
  • Going away: Kindly ensure that you let us know if there are dates when you will not be in the country. Your package can be frozen during that time,(Eg 1 week)  so long as it is still within the expiry date of the package. 

Timetable: 
While we try not to have too many changes, Our timetable may be altered from time to time. This is at our discretion, but we will notify you accordingly and with ample notice.

I started Pilates at Seven Steps  6 months ago, upon recommendation of my Physio to recover from a back injury. Since then, I did not look back. I constantly improved and strengthened myself, as a result of which, my back pain subsided. My posture has also improved. The intensity during the sessions has gradually increased and Sarah keeps challenging me to get better and stronger. Nowadays it has become part of my life and I look forward to continue practicing Pilates on a regular basis.
