Yoga

Kundalini Yoga practice is one of the many Yoga practices with its own set of meditations, pranayama, mantra chanting, Kriya and Asana practice. These practices can help us to align our subconscious minds and to channelize the direction of the energy flow. The first step in harnessing the power of the subconscious mind is to eradicate all negative thoughts and emotions or predisposed ideas we have of ourselves. For example who we are, our history, our attachments etc...also the need to stop the negative self-talk or at least be sure it isn't riddled with emotional attachments. Fears often tend to come true, especially when you are very emotional about them. Two major points that inhibit creativity are stress and time.  Enhance all possibilities of finding a balance within and without, get in touch with yourself through these Yoga principles. Priceless 'you' time, igniting acceptance & passion for yourself just as you are, while manoeuvring blissfully through the busy holiday season no pre requisites required.

I started Pilates sessions at Seven Steps about a month ago, I then decided to try the Yoga classes which were on offer with Rebekah. I cannot say enough great things about this lovely lady. I started Pilates at Seven Steps  6 months ago, upon recommendation of my Physio to recover from a back injury. Since then, I did not look back. I constantly improved and strengthened myself, as a result of which, my back pain subsided. My posture has also improved. The intensity during the sessions has gradually increased and Sarah keeps challenging me to get better and stronger. Nowadays it has become part of my life and I look forward to continue practicing Pilates on a regular basis.
