Creative Ballet is a ballet course focusing on using the foundations of ballet technique, whilst encouraging free movement. Through various ballet props such as tiaras, tutus, scarves and more, this class is sure to make learning ballet a little different, enhancing the child's imagination.

FIONA CAPTUR I started Pilates sessions at Seven Steps about a month ago, I then decided to try the Yoga classes which were on offer with Rebekah. I cannot say enough great things about this lovely lady. She is highly qualified, knowledgable and very helpful. I feel stronger , calm and in control. I look forward to my next yoga and meditation class. Practicing both Pilates and Yoga really compliment each other & I feel so much stronger now that I have been attending Seven Steps consistently. I started Pilates at Seven Steps 6 months ago, upon recommendation of my Physio to recover from a back injury. Since then, I did not look back. I constantly improved and strengthened myself, as a result of which, my back pain subsided. My posture has also improved. The intensity during the sessions has gradually increased and Sarah keeps challenging me to get better and stronger. Nowadays it has become part of my life and I look forward to continue practicing Pilates on a regular basis.
