Founded in 2015 by Sarah Jane Zrinzo Seven Steps is a Holistic Studio with quality. One that focuses on individual attention, encouraging and monitoring client progression. Through safe practice and consistency, clients are continually improving, they develop physically and feel those positive changes for themselves.

I started Pilates sessions at Seven Steps about a month ago, I then decided to try the Yoga classes which were on offer with Rebekah. I cannot say enough great things about this lovely lady. She is highly qualified, knowledgable and very helpful. I feel stronger , calm and in control. I look forward to my next yoga and meditation class. I started Pilates at Seven Steps  6 months ago, upon recommendation of my Physio to recover from a back injury. Since then, I did not look back. I constantly improved and strengthened myself, as a result of which, my back pain subsided. My posture has also improved. The intensity during the sessions has gradually increased and Sarah keeps challenging me to get better and stronger. Nowadays it has become part of my life and I look forward to continue practicing Pilates on a regular basis.
